A dear friend of mine wanted to give her gorgeous baby girl a handmade gift - one that would become a timeless treasure. She related to me the quilts her mother-in-law made for her hubby when he was growing up and she felt that she wanted a gift such as lovely for her own daughter. She wanted to try hand quilting, but didn't have a quilt to try it on. So I decided to help her out by putting

Tutorial Found: Onigiri Felt Plushie

My little sister requested for me to make her another felt plushie - this time an onigiri or rice ball. So, again, she gave me a tutorial she found, this time from deviantART. This is the second felt plushie I've made for her. It's very simple and turned out really cute! Give it a go and happy sewing!

My little sister asked me to sew a Domo-kun felt plushie for her and gave me a great tutorial from Cut Out + Keep as a guide. This was my first attempt at making a felt plushie and I tried using the sewing machine as much as possible instead of hand stitching as per tutorial. Have a go with your own kawaii version. Little sister was very happy with the end result, I'm glad!
